Plot summary

The film begins with Chaudhary, a powerful landowner in Jattland, Haryana, who is furious when he finds out that his elder daughter Renu has eloped with her lover Rakesh on her wedding day. He sends his men to hunt them down and kill them. Meanwhile, Bablu, a street-smart guy from Delhi, along with his friends, visits Jattland for a job. He meets Dimpy, Chaudhary's younger daughter, at a local market and falls in love with her at first sight. He follows her to her house and manages to impress her with his charm and wit.
